Cancellation Policy
A reminder notice is sent out 48hrs prior to your booking.
We understand that life can be hectic at times, and things pop up where you may need to change your appointment. However cancellation* (including rescheduling) within 48hrs, or failure to attend your appointment will incur a charge as follows:
20% on all tattoo services
100% of all other services
*Genuine unforeseen circumstances are considered
